Add optional Plaid integration to make acquiring transaction data automatic

One of the hardest parts about getting started with Tally is that downloading transaction data from different financial institutions in a usable format can be very difficult. Not all banks provide easy access to CSV files for historical transactions or they make you jump through a bunch of complicated forms to download them. Tally should offer an optional integration with the Plaid service so that it's easy to connect to a user's banks and download the transaction information that's needed to make Tally useful.

@Frostfire25 Stripe also has Financial Connections. It seems cheaper than Plaid and would be well known.

In essence bringing together a Tally Transaction AI Engine that hooks into them all would be very cool but I think starting somewhere Stripe seems more accessible and cheaper don't you?

I've also used, but ultimately migrated away from:

It's inexpensive, user's pay directly, more for technical users, not a polished consumer facing tool, but for simple tx, it worked.

Also, no need to talk to a sales person, signup and use

I got the following from a Plaid sales representative:

I only ask becasue our production environments are designed for companies evaluating Plaid for a commercial deployment. They aren't intended for personal projects or self-hosted software for individual use.

Nordigen used to have individual (free!) API access, but they shut down. I'm not able to find another PSD2-compliant TPP company selling or distributing API access to transaction information to individuals - everything is corporate-only, "contact sales" pricing.
