Does not show on 2019 team city new UI

Installed 2019 team city and don't see Chuck Norris any more. I can revert to old UI style and I see him, just not in the new UI style

I've checked and looks like there is no support for plugins for new experimental UI:
JetBrains/teamcity-sdk-docs#8
So we need to wait until this API is available.

Looks like api is in place, but rework is required: there are new classes/way to register page fragments: https://github.com/JetBrains/teamcity-sakura-ui-plugins
