Battery is nearby but doesn't show up when scanning

Try turning bluetooth off and back on again.

I tried everything and it still doesn't work

In Settings, change LogLevel to Debug, try again, and Share the logs in a new discussion. Don't forget to change LogLevel back!

What is Developer Mode?

During testing, KBMS contains an embedded utility to scan and see data from any BLE device, not just KV batteries. It's useful but powerful enough to disrupt or even damage your battery if you're not careful. Use with caution.

Turn on developer mode; click on a device; a new icon will appear next to the bluetooth icon; click on it. The utility allows you to browse properties of a Device including its Services and Characteristics. Be cautious using Write on a Characteristic unless you're sure about what you're doing.
