Explore integration with lexicon community

https://github.com/lexicon-community seems to be emerging as a community resource for shared lexicons.

Instead of hosting the spec and lexicons In a separate namespace I wonder if we look to integrate with that project.

Some benefits might be

• increased descoverability
• increased interoperability with other lexicons. For example leveaging the same lexicon as smoke signals for events
• a standardized governance model ?

we could "donate" it to the "community"?
we can discuss this during a community call but in any case im not sure what we should focus on is "another standard to kill them all". I think there are lots of existing data in different shape and form, and instead of a strict lexicon others should comply with, our output could be a set of good practice and nice starting block.

Though for established products like polislike data (valence), or other things, it would be interesting to work with the community lexicon group

that said, i think it's also not a good idea to focus only on atproto, meaning that it would be ideal to create a shared semantic data that can be "compiled" to specific formats such as ATProto Lexicon
