error with callPartitionPeaksbyChr.R, "Error in detectCores() : could not find function "detectCores"

Hello,

I am trying to run the test data and got error in "callPartitionPeaksbyChr.R " step, seems some package(e.g. Parallel) should be load in order to call function detectCores following is the error message:
Calling loops with peakHiC...

loading R libraries and functions..
loading peakHiCObj..
Error in detectCores() : could not find function "detectCores"
Execution halted
