Cypher is being constructed in a way that's fairly well documented by default, but there should be an official "documentation" thing, whether that be a cypher.github.io page that builds directly from metadata hooks within the code (ideal) or just an .md file that gets updated (sounds like a lot of work but maybe Cypher doesn't need to be updated that often)
