Future MCU support #2

Description

With the Raspberry Pi Foundation having angered broadcom with the release of RP2040 and the troubling signs regarding the chips future, it might be wise to look into developing an STM32 based variant of the PCB.

The STM32F072C8T6 being priced at only $2.4 on LCSC and having a good bit of stock available, it might be a worthwhile option to look into, should be a bit cheaper than the RP2040 version due to less required components.

Likely won't be replacing the main project, but something on another backup branch to ensure the PCB not becoming obsolete in the future?
