Title: Intelligent RAM/CPU allocation for E2B sandboxes

Description
Implement a resource allocation strategy to recommend or set E2B sandbox CPU and memory parameters based on repository characteristics (framework, package size, presence of Next.js, etc.). Expose the strategy in the deploy API and UI so users can accept recommended resources.

Expected outcome

• New helper in lib/deployer that returns recommended cpu and memory values.
• Deploy route and UI include the recommendation and pass chosen values to E2B create call.

Hi @deekshithgowda85, I would love to work on this issue under GSSoC'26.

Approach:

1. Resource Allocation Helper: Create a function in lib/deployer.ts that evaluates repository characteristics (like framework, package size, and Next.js presence) to calculate recommended CPU and memory values.
2. API Integration: Update app/api/deploy/route.ts to utilize this helper and expose the recommended resources to the frontend.
3. UI Implementation: Modify the deployment UI (templates/web-runtime/*) to display these recommendations, allowing users to accept the values and passing them to the E2B create call.

Could you please assign this to me?
