Hide unused, optional layer attributes

It is very common to not use all the settings available for layers (convolutions in particular). Currently, all settings are shown regardless of their use/value:

It would make sense to hide these unused, optional values to provide a more concise visual representation. This would require addition of a new button for defining settings which are not currently shown.
