Add bookmarks to svelte page

Problem Description

It would be nice to be able to add todos.
Notes are not really useful for that, since they are constants on an entry.

Proposed Solution

Add possibility of marking a url with a text and the current date.
The entry might be added into the database.

Possible Alternative Approaches

The entry does not have to be added to the db, but might be added to another solution, since the feature is not really model related.
