Capture partner criteria and dealbreakers with better UX

Summary

The whiteboard calls out "what user is looking for" and dealbreakers, with a note to borrow ideas from Hinge. The app currently has only a basic looking-for field and a freeform dealbreakers input.

Scope

• improve how partner criteria are collected during onboarding
• move dealbreakers away from plain CSV entry where useful
• make the resulting data easier to use in ranking, filtering, and explanations

Acceptance criteria

• onboarding captures partner criteria in a more structured way
• dealbreakers are easier to enter and reason about than the current freeform input
• the collected preference data can influence match quality and explainability
