Scope

• identify additional demographic fields worth capturing for matching
• extend the profile model and onboarding UI for those fields
• ensure the added data is available to the matching flow and results screens

Acceptance criteria

• onboarding captures more than the current basic identity fields
• the profile model stores the new demographic attributes cleanly
• added fields can be used by matching and downstream presentation
