GM3P Crashing when trying to combine mods together

Trying to combine Deltarune Local Multiplayer Mod and Polish Translation for Deltarune causes the patch to fail. I'm attaching the Polish Translation below, because the original download is not compatible with the Deltamod mod format.

The patching fails when using the latest alpha release and when using the latest stable release of GM3P.
The patching doesn't fail when patching only one of the mods.

also please include version 1.4.1 and 1.4.0 of Deltamod on Github releases
