Deltamod doesn't correctly unpatch Deltarune

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable the first mod (in my case, Polish Translation for Deltarune)
• Patch the game
• Open the game
• Quit the game
• Disable the first mod and enable the second mod (in my case, Deltarune Local Multiplayer Mod)
• Patch the game
• Open the game
