Right now backend config is JSON-only, which is fine for the first pass. Eventually /web-agent settings should probably let users inspect/edit backend providers and base URLs without hand-editing config.\n\nNeed to be careful with secrets though. Firecrawl API keys should stay env-var friendly and not get casually written into project config.
