I was unable to run cucumber properly when I first cloned the project because of dependencies on the lib folder. This is with a freshly installed mac, using the .rvmrc and bundler setup that comes with the project.
I made a few tweaks and got it working:

This change also allows me to run ./bin/vimmer from the root of Vimmer without getting a lib error.
