Derek Wong — Portfolio Website

A responsive personal portfolio for presenting Derek Wong's transition into full-stack web development, selected projects, technical skills, and professional background.

Technologies

  • React
  • Vite
  • JavaScript
  • Plain CSS

The site is intentionally static and uses no backend, database, paid service, or unnecessary runtime library.

Local setup

npm install
npm run dev

Create a production build with:

npm run build

Preview the production build locally with:

npm run preview

Deployment

GitHub Pages deployment at https://derekwongha.github.io is planned but is not configured yet.

Current status

Initial portfolio foundation. Project case studies, confirmed contact details, final experience and education content, and media will be added in later controlled updates.
