Functional test converter

If the right abstractions for interacting with the targets are in place, we can use them to record all interactions on test cases and convert the result to functional tests.

This would be nice to have for Bitcoin Core contributors, as they would be able reproduce bugs and debug them using the tools they are familiar with.
