Separate XML documentation file

Pros:

• Support source files that can't be modified
• Support auto-generated source files
• Make source code clean as xml documentation is very verbose

Cons:

• Maintain (rename?)
• external tool support

This feature was available in DocInsight 3 but not yet in DocInsight 2025.
