Goto declaration in Explorer don't work as expected

Steps to Reproduce

Start Document Expliorer.
Select a unit or a Form and you get a summary window
Right Click on a member in the summary window and select "Go to Declaration"
The cursor in code is moved to the top of the file, not to the declaration which was expected.

Instead you have to left click and from there select "Go to Declaration" and you loose focus of the summary window.

The design of the popup menu is somewhat confusing. At present, Go to Declaration is designed for selected item in the left navigation tree, also for Go Back/Go Forward. I'll think about how to improve this part.
