Hello, I'm conducting a research project on cost awareness when using terraform for IaC. We noticed that your repository contains an aws_budgets_budget resource, and we would like to ask some questions about it:

• When did you add this resource in the lifecycle of your project?

• Why did you add this resource?

Hi @RobinMagic ... sorry mate,
Seems i'm quite so busy that didn't reply

But anyway... I will answer your 2 questions

1. When did you add this resource in the lifecycle of your project?

It depend whats the need, if this can help me to raise awareness of my billing so I use it.
In real case, I do this as mandatory in every my AWS Accounts from begining utilization. 
So I can keep my awareness of my budget and billing AWS Account.

2. Why did you add this resource?

This is option to having awareness in budget and billing.
So, when this threshold configured... then it will remind you (notif by email) how close your billing from budget.
eg: You set $100 USD as forecast, then when your threshold (default threshold 80%) near from your budget ~ $ 80 USD, 
it will notif you in about this number, so you can be prepare that you need taking some action to add more funding / credit or you need to decrease your resources utilization with some actions (decommissioned or downscale).
