[Feature]: Add infinite scroll or Load More pagination to large lists

The Project Showcase and Resources sections currently render all items at once. To future proof the app as the database grows, implement a Load More button or an IntersectionObserver based infinite scroll mechanism to fetch and display items in chunks e.g. 10 at a time.

I'd like to work on this issue. I'll implement infinite scroll / "Load More" pagination for the large lists in the project (e.g., roadmaps, devcards, or wherever applicable) to improve performance and avoid rendering huge lists at once.

My planned approach:

• Identify the components currently rendering large lists without pagination
• Implement either infinite scroll (using Intersection Observer) or a "Load More" button pattern — whichever fits the existing UI/UX better
• Ensure smooth loading without layout shifts, and maintain existing functionality

I'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC'26.

My approach will be:

• Review the current implementation of the Project Showcase and Resources sections to understand how items are fetched and rendered.
• Introduce chunked rendering (10 items per batch) to prevent all records from being displayed at once.
• Implement a scalable loading mechanism using either a Load More button or Intersection Observer–based infinite scrolling, depending on which integrates better with the existing UI.
• Ensure smooth user experience by preserving layout stability and avoiding duplicate or skipped items during loading.
• Keep the solution reusable so it can be easily extended as the dataset grows in the future.
• Test edge cases such as empty datasets, partial batches, and end-of-list behavior.
