Getting 403 from /dex/token, how to enable debug logging?

How do you configure dex to output more debug logging in dex.log?

I'm trying to debug a problem where a static user has already logged in successfully, however the follow-up call to /dex/token to get an access token is returning 403 forbidden; there's nothing in the log to indicate the reason.

There are not much logs at the current time. You can enable them by specifying the following section in the config.
