Generate data for GTKWave so that it uses semantically meaningful names in the display

@fitzsnaggle brought up this blog post https://plus.google.com/116069803225736590944/posts/eG4dXHg9hue in which Chris McClelland even gets things like enums displaying properly. We can do this with piplin in GTKWave for some types.
