Select app in a list or with auto-complete

Select app to update/read/delete from a list OR without auto-complete on tab press.

Instead of having to give the dapp id we should be able to select it using simpler and more efficient methods, such has a simple CLI menu, TAB auto-complete, or even by printing the list of dapp giving them locale and short integer ids to let the user select it.
