If someone is claiming a BNG Self/Custom Build exemption can it be identified that they 'must' complete the relevant part in the Tenure Type Enum ?

This is another complicated module so it would be good to test it with various scenarios. If people can provide real examples we could test it with that would be very helpful.

Very interested in what it will mean for tenure-type & housing-type enums to be a MUST when the actual code list values vary between national and GLA requirements? Are the values of the expected enum conditional on site location?

Even trickier, we often find that GLA values are not purely additive on top of the national enum values, but actually reclassify or split apart some national categories. Will add specific GLA enum values to respective discussions linked above to keep on radar !

Thanks @jessicamcinchak thats really helpful context.
I think its something we need to work through - does it make sense to work towards complete alignment or is there valid reason for the divergence (in which case we'd need to work out how this would work in practise with the specifications).

Colleagues and I are of the view that the GLA requirements are excessively onerous and provide data that is subject to change during the application process. These requirements should not be replicated nationally

Starter homes should be removed as they were always rare and I would guess almost never proposed now. While First Homes might be, it is more appropriate to replace the starter homes row with "Discounted market sales housing".

Hi. This might not be the right place, but will purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) be captured somewhere?

Context - PBSA is building safety levy 'chargeable' under reg 9 of the BSL Regulations
