Improve game metadata

We currently use IGDB for basic game metadata - genres, age ratings, etc.

For Steam especially, there is much better metadata available from the Steam store - user and developer tags, reviews (which could be parsed with NLP for information of interest). We have the Steam IDs ready, so this should be relatively straightforward enhancement for v2.0.

One limitation is that there is no obvious equivalent for other platforms (especially with de-identified Xbox title_ids) - something like metacritic could go a bit beyond IGDB, but not a ton.

Flagging also that the Steam Store API gives historical/timestamped reviews, but not information about changes to things like description/tags, only their current state. Unless you're adding substantial complexity with other sources like Wayback Machine snapshots or SteamDB, we wouldn't be able to match metadata to the session timestamp.

For me, this is low impact - the majority of games would not have substantial updates to the information that would be relevant imo (genres, monetization systems, content categories).
