Feature request: GitHub actions builds to automatically update updatedAt

I'm not sure what the extended roadmap for these legacy-style JSON registries will be, but we have an updatedAt datetime that is at risk of not getting updated when a new entry is added.

We could theoretically automate the population of this data by switching to a custom publication workflow to GitHub pages that grabs the JSON, re-renders it to a build directory and then publishes the contents of a build directory.

Feel free to close this if all focus is moving on to the OIDF-style registries that are served by applications.
