Lexemes: show bibliographic source column

On the Lexemes page, add a column to display the bibliographic source. This is just a temporary measure to distinguish between seemingly duplicated entries, until the ability to choose columns is added (or the entries are combined by component).

If possible, display the bibliographic source as an <abbr> that links to the full bibliography entry. If not possible, just display the bibliographic source as plain text.
