bug: fix wallet connection timeout

Description

Users report wallet connection timing out after 30 seconds on slow networks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to sign-in page
2. Click Connect Wallet
3. Wait on slow network (3G/4G)
4. Connection times out after 30s

Expected Behavior

Connection should succeed or retry gracefully on slow networks.

Actual Behavior

Timeout error shown, requires manual retry.

Environment

• Mobile devices on cellular networks
• MetaMask mobile app

Possible Solution

Increase timeout to 60s and implement automatic retry logic.
