Detect and automatically regenerate Discord and DELAPI tokens

• When users send a Discord token in chat, have it automatically upload to a GitHub Gist (which will be automatically send to Discord and Discord will regenerate it).
• When users send a DELAPI token in chat, automatically delete the message, regenerate the token and alert the user via DMs.
