Closing multiple issues in one PR #15
Description
When flagging multiple issues as closed in a single PR (with different commits closing separate issues), once the PR is submitted EpicBot correctly identifies (and comments) that the corresponding issues have been closed, but does not tick off all the issues in the body of the epic.
