If we're planning on restructuring the pipeline (your PR # 2 in my integrate branch), I think we should seriously consider adjusting how MUASpikes is processed. Instead of being linked to MUAEphysSesssion we should have them be a dependency of EphysRawFile like LongitudinalSpectralAnalysis. This also will better suit the analysis organization I plan on describing in our upcoming paper.
