We are currently setting a saved proxy URL on first run and persisting it in user environment variable AzKubeProxyUrl. It can be overridden at runtime using the proxyUrl parameter. A menu option to reset this persisted setting and/or multiple proxy URLs to be added/removed/selected from as default would be very nice.
