Looking for ffmpeg 4.4 shared library

Trying to build on Win10 with GPU support and I am stuck. It seems I need to find old ffmpeg shared build, if anyone could link a safe source, that would be great. Patching decord to play nice with the latest ffmpeg is beyond my level of knowledge. Thank you.
