v0.159.3 adds no placemat-relevant content (eligible local sessions
signed in with ChatGPT can now show an optional reminder to complete
account security setup, per the release notes) — no new slash command,
CLI flag, config key or hook is documented for it, so only the As of
release tag and print-head are bumped; no changelog entry per AGENTS.md's
slack rule (release tag is now 3 versions ahead of the newest changelog
entry, v0.159.0, the max allowed).

Re-checked all seven existing unverified items against freshly fetched
docs this run: developer-commands.md's raw slash-token scan still omits
/tui and /daemon, config-reference.md still lacks instant_interrupt, and
cli-customization.md documents neither ~/.codex/prompts nor
~/.codex/rules. mcp_oauth_callback_port/url and
mcp_optional_startup_grace_ms stay unverified per the card-hooks
inventory-gate workaround (they are confirmed settings, not hook
events). None promotable this run.

Confirmed via releases.atom + /releases (api.github.com is gated in this
sandbox) and cross-checked against the npm dist-tag.
