Feature Request - Full Help Switch

Would be nice to have something like --full-help that dumps out all the available help text. Thank you.

Hi Dom,
Similar to ffmpeg -h full for example. I use a batch file to generate a "full" help for mlp like below. Appreciate you considering it.
