Does installing a newer version of SDK overwrite the existing workloads? #53969

After the post-installation, the initial listing shows a completely blank screen. It should at least prompt to update the workload to the matching version, if supported, or indicate that it’s unsupported, rather than displaying an empty list like this. This is a total surprise. Attaching screenshots. |

I had the wasm-tools workload installed in one version, but after updating the SDK to the next minor version, the wasm-tools workload no longer appears in the list.
Basically, how to manage, since I need to document it for operations.
How are workloads handled between version changes?
