Internal Server Error when running Optimiser on website

After generating a scope and uploading a csv with the results of the initial runs, trying to get the second round of runs via the optimiser gives an Internal Server Error.

I have just tried today and I seem to be running into the same error. Either on the standard interface or the beta interface, the first round of predictions can be generated fine, but it does not recognise the results when the scope with the first round results is uploaded.
