Dict 3 hint sends to wrong section of CairoBook

The hint in Dict 3, sends to an invalid page giving Page not found when redirecting. This is because the section mentioned in the hint was moved in the Cairo Book.

I'd appreciate if I can get assigned this issue, since it is an easy fix should take me less than an hour to fix.

I would change the hint in the api/info.toml file which is where the hints and description of each exercise is.
