Allow !q and !fq in private query with bot

This will hopefully make people hate me less.

Two thoughts on how this might work:

1. have a default channel for the !q and !fq to work on. Probably not ideal.
2. let the user choose, e.g. /msg <bot> !fq <#channel> <query>.
   1.1. Not sure if the bot should check if the user is part of the channel before allowing this.
3. or do not do this at all is an option also :)
