Running VACUUM commands on sqlite db

When removing rows from a sqlite database, the file size doesn't shrink. I'm using sqlite for a local project, and I store logs in it. I would like to have the possibility of vacuuming the db after removing old log data. But how do you run the VACUUM command with drizzle orm?
