I tried to run overpass with docker, looks like data is downloaded, but then it stuck on the following

Thank you for sharing your problem.

In your $DB_DIR outside of the container there are very likely a file system entries for $DB_DIR/osm3s_v0.7.58_osm_base and $DB_DIR/osm3s_v0.7.58_areas. Please delete these two files. The container should then start and can reuse the existing downloaded data.
