Bad/Dead link detection

For links that are submitted, it would be convenient for the user if Archfinch periodically checked links to make sure they are working. After certain length of time, Archfinch can automatically purge for dead links. If Archfinch finds a entry with a dead link, the website can report to the user that the link is dead without the user having to check themselves.

Would be cool to integrate this with google cache or something, and
show a link to it, or some other mirror in case of death.

Some links are not obviously dead (i.e. they return a normal webpage,
but the content is moved or deleted), in which case Archfinch should
react to a 'dead' tag, or something to that effect.
