- add multiple workflow files
- update dockerfiles to be up to date
- update DxWorks.ScriptBee.Plugin.Api to read release notes correctly
- update ScriptBee Gateway to include the UI in the docker image and serve it as static resource - to not have 3 separate docker images, only 2
