Make compatible with pydmd-2025.5.1

pykoopman isn't built to be compatible with pydmd in its current version, would it be possible to update it? Thanks in advance!

sure, for example, some new dmd methods in Pydmd do not have _tlsq_rank, e.g. BOPDMD. the fit method for PyDMDRegressor needs to be made more general.
