Feature request - User profiles

As a user, I would like to be presented with a profile selection screen when starting the program.

The profiles can have different addons active and different characters saved.

The profile selection screen should make it easy to add, remove, or duplicate profiles.

Extra credit:
Allow addon list to be exported and imported for easy sharing.

I've been researching this recently, and it's not realistic to associate roles (actually accounts) with specific plugin combinations. Because web plugins are actually loaded before login, to do this may have to inject a lot into the BC login mechanism (obviously a bad design).

I think a more realistic solution is to just do the following: save plugin combinations as profiles, and refresh the page if profiles are switched. in this case exporting/importing profiles is a plain implementaion
