Simple save/load user templates leveraging localStorage

Allow user to save and load custom templates using localStorage

• add a text field above the SVG paper to input a title for the template
• autosave
• New template button to clear all blocks and start fresh

Sounds good, @dmastrorillo ! Do you already have thoughts how the user could be enabled to discover the saved templates? Like a DropDown or Modal showing a list of the templates in LocalStorage?

Haven't gone that far, but maybe something similar to the Template Gallery could work?
