Missing capacitors from devboard

Hi!
Thank you for your great PCB plan.
I found some missing components compared with the reference desing.

• On the reset pin a 100nF is missing. It caused me always power-on reset, when I used the rotary encoder connected with 10cm length wires.
• 3.3V power supply: missing 100nF.

Hey, I encountered the same issue.
Where exactly should I place these capacitors?

Sorry, it was late and I wasn't thinking straight.
Capacitor in the area of the reset button works flawlessly.
