Discovery Server across Multiple Machines using Containers

I have 2 machines one, 
First Machine:
- Ubuntu 20 Native OS
- ROS2 Foxy & ROS1 Noetic
- Docker Container: ROS2 Humble

Second Machine:
- Ubuntu 22 Native OS
- ROS2 Humble

When trying to establish discovery server across the container in the 1st machine & the 2nd machine host, there is no communication available between both machines.
